So I was going to go running this morning...but i just looked down and realized i finished a bowl of cereal and milk. Now I have to wait because running with milk sloshing around in the stomach is a good way to make yourself feel like crap. I'm so mad because I was going to make toast but my brain is obviously on autopilot and poured the cereal + Milk into the bowl as usual.
Plan B: I will shower, get some stuff done, eat non-dairy lunch and THEN go running later in the afternoon.
